Privacy Policy

Effective date: 9 October 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Elite Company s.r.o. (the “Company”) collects, uses, and protects the personal data of users of the PropHelix platform.

2. What Personal Data We Process

The Company may process, in particular, the following personal data:

  • first name and last name
  • email address
  • telephone number
  • date of birth
  • billing details
  • IP address and device data
  • data relating to the use of the services and simulated trading activity
  • data about how you use our website, collected through cookies (see our Cookies Policy), only with your consent
  • details of orders and sign-ups on the trading platform, which we use for our sales figures and to see which ads work (see section 6)

3. Purpose of Processing

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • providing services
  • processing payments
  • identity verification (KYC)
  • fraud prevention
  • improving our services
  • measuring visits to the website and how well our ads work on the website (only with your consent)
  • counting sales and sign-ups, and seeing which ads led to them (see section 6)

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data on the basis of:

  • performance of a contract
  • compliance with legal obligations
  • legitimate interest
  • the user’s consent

5. Third Parties

Personal data may be shared with third parties, in particular payment service providers, identity verification providers, and analytics service providers, to the extent necessary for the provision of the services.

These include in particular:

  • Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) – website and platform statistics
  • Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (Microsoft Clarity) – analysis of how the website is used
  • Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Meta Pixel and Conversions API) – so that we can see how well our ads work. On the website this happens only if you accept marketing cookies: Meta is then told which pages you visit and what you do there (for example clicking a purchase button), and receives your IP address, browser details and Meta cookie identifiers. What we send when you order or sign up on the trading platform is explained in section 6.
  • Intercom R&D Unlimited Company (Intercom) – customer support chat

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. Such transfers are based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

6. Orders and Registrations on the Trading Platform

When you place an order or open an account on the PropHelix trading platform (app.prophelix.com), the platform lets us know. We use that information in two ways.

To know how many sales and sign-ups we have, we record it in Google Analytics. Google gets the order value and currency, the order number, the product and a coded ID (not your name or customer number). Google does not get your name, email, phone number or postal address.

To know which ads bring us customers, we also tell Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (the company behind Facebook and Instagram). Meta gets the order value and currency, the order number and the product, together with your email, phone number, customer number, first and last name, date of birth, city, region, postcode and country. Before sending, we turn these details into an unreadable code. Meta cannot read it; it can only check whether it matches someone who already has a Meta account. If the platform gives us your IP address, browser details and the identifiers Meta keeps in your browser for our ads, we send those too. We never send your street address.

We do both because we have a legitimate interest in knowing how our business and our ads are doing (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you do not want your details sent to Meta, email support@prophelix.com and we will stop.

On the trading platform, Google Analytics does not store analytics cookies on your device.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing or as required under applicable law.

8. User Rights

The user has the right to access their personal data, request rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability.

The user may withdraw consent at any time (for cookies, via the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer), object to processing based on legitimate interest, and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (www.dataprotection.gov.sk).

9. Data Security

The Company implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.
